Are alerts flagging potential regulatory risk impacting your trade transactions or customer records?
Our customers use us to carry out Level 1 review on these alerts to determine if the alert is a positive match for the customer or a false positive. If the alert is a positive match, we try to resolve it using a playbook which we have agreed with the relevant client. Otherwise, we will escalate to the client for Level 2 review.
Alternatively, if the alert is a false positive, Rule will release the block and document the decision-making process.
